Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data is processed when you visit myeditoros.com or buy Editor OS. The data controller is Nicolò Ronca, Italy. Contact: editoros.info@gmail.com.
What we collect
- Website visits. This site has no account system, no contact forms, no analytics and no advertising cookies. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as IP address and browser information to deliver and protect the site.
- Purchases. Checkout is handled by Stripe, which acts as merchant of record. Stripe collects your name, email, payment details and billing country. We receive your name, email, country and order details from Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Emails. If you email us, we process your email address and the content of your message to reply.
Why we use it
- To deliver the product, send updates of the version you bought and provide support (performance of the contract).
- To keep accounting and tax records (legal obligation).
- To protect the site and prevent fraud (legitimate interest).
We do not sell your data and we do not send marketing emails unless you ask for them.
Who processes it
- Stripe — payments, invoicing, taxes (stripe.com/privacy).
- Cloudflare — website hosting and security (cloudflare.com/privacypolicy).
- Google (Gmail) — support email.
- Google Fonts — fonts used on this site are loaded from Google's servers, which receive your IP address.
- Notion — when you duplicate the template, Notion's own privacy policy applies to your workspace. We cannot see your Notion workspace or the data you add to it.
Some of these providers are located outside the European Economic Area and use safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
Order data is kept for as long as required by tax law (in Italy, generally 10 years). Support emails are kept for up to 2 years after the conversation ends.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to or restrict its processing. Write to editoros.info@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in Italy: Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, garanteprivacy.it).
